Nishesh Mehta is a strategic investor with interests ranging from start-ups to large established companies. Besides managing the investment portfolio of his own family-office fund, he also advises HNIs and Family offices on portfolio construction and regulatory challenges.
Over the past three decades, Nishesh has built up a vast network of personal contacts and relationships in the Indian financial sector by virtue of his active involvement in many ventures and initiatives. He completed his post-graduation in management from IIM Calcutta in 1985.
Nishesh has also started, managed and successfully exited several businesses. In the past, he owned and managed a parchment paper manufacturing company and a commodity polymers distribution company.
He actively mentors investee start-up companies and is passionate about guiding and advising young entrepreneurs. He brings his razor-sharp analytical skills along with his business and financial acumen to supplement the ideas and drive of the entrepreneurs.
Prabir Chatterjee manages a Wealth Management start-up providing Portfolio Management Services to individuals and corporates, which he founded after a successful career spanning the globe for over 30 years as a top-level executive. He is an active angel investor and mentor for start-ups.

He started his career as a management consultant with a big 4 firm. Subsequently he managed the finance function for Europe , Asia Pacific and MEA regions for a Fortune 500 U.S. multinational corporation. He later returned to India to successfully turn around and grow their business in the sub- continent.
Prabir qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and completed his post-graduation in management from IIM, Calcutta in 1985.
His vast experience in managing global finance, M&A deals, compliance oversight, business restructuring, as well as functional areas like HR , IT and Operations are valuable assets in identifying profitable business opportunities and nurturing successful start-ups.
Sunil Saxena is a management consultant specializing in growth consulting in B2B space. His investment interest is primarily focused on start-ups as an angel investor and mentor.

Sunil has had very rich top management experience, including, managing the P&L for a Fortune 500 U.S. Multinational Corporation for their global operations, having customers and manufacturing facility footprint in Asia, Europe and North America. He has served on the Board of Directors of several companies. His areas of expertise are building business and market entry strategy, business development, and manufacturing and supply chain management.
Sunil received a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1979 and completed his post-graduation in management from IIM Calcutta in 1985.
His vast experience along with his passion to grow business and talent is a great supplement to a start-up leadership team especially for strategic moves and business scaleup.
Rabindranath (Rabin) is a technology entrepreneur specializing in products and services in the B2B space. His entrepreneurial journey started in 1989 with a bootstrapped start-up. He successfully raised a round of angel funding for his first software business. He has made three successful exits.

Rabin’s start-ups have served global customers in the European and North American Markets with a range of products and services spanning IT infrastructure, software applications, interactive design, software product development and knowledge process outsourcing. The mid -sized KPO which he set up the area of sports analytics and ran for over 10 years, was successfully sold to the client through a Business Transfer Agreement.
Rabin also had a stint in an Advisory firm in 2003-04 and oversaw the successful execution of a sell mandate on behalf of one of the largest industrial houses in India.
Rabin received a B Tech in Electrical Engineering from BITS, Pilani in 1983 and completed his post-graduation in management from IIM Calcutta in 1985. He is very passionate about new technologies and new applications of technologies.
Rabin brings a ringside view of the entire start-up cycle and is a great mentor and go-to person for the start-up leadership teams. Having keenly followed and been a part of the evolution of the Indian tech industry over three decades, Rabin has experienced different business models and brings this experience to help start-ups to make the right choice of business model. Being an entrepreneur himself, he relates to challenges faced by entrepreneurs at a very deep, practical level.
